Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Uptown Portal LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as BudgetRelio. These Terms apply to your use of https://budgetrelio.com, the BudgetRelio beta, and any BudgetRelio services made available to you.
By using BudgetRelio, joining the beta list, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BudgetRelio.
1. About BudgetRelio
BudgetRelio is a campaign budget planning and spend tracking workspace. It is designed to help users organize campaign budgets, planned spend, actual spend, review items, and reports.
BudgetRelio is not accounting software, tax software, legal software, financial advisory software, or a replacement for professional review. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information, reports, exports, and decisions made using BudgetRelio.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BudgetRelio. If you use BudgetRelio on behalf of a company, agency, organization, or client, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Beta Access
BudgetRelio may be offered as a beta or early access service. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, limited, unavailable, or discontinued at any time.
We may invite, limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at our discretion.
4. First 50 Beta Users, One-Year Free Offer
BudgetRelio may offer one year of free access to the first 50 eligible beta users.
This offer is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility is determined by Uptown Portal LLC.
- The offer applies only to users or accounts that receive confirmation from BudgetRelio.
- The offer is limited to one per person, business, or account unless we approve otherwise.
- The one-year free period begins when beta access or account access is activated, unless we state otherwise in writing.
- The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- The offer may not include all future paid features, premium services, usage limits, integrations, add-ons, or custom services.
- We may modify, pause, or end the offer for future users at any time.
- We will not charge you at the end of the free period unless you choose to continue on a paid plan and provide any required payment authorization.
5. Accounts
If account access is made available, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us at support@budgetrelio.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BudgetRelio for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or service
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without permission
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
- Use BudgetRelio in a way that could harm BudgetRelio, Uptown Portal LLC, users, or others
7. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into BudgetRelio. You retain ownership of your content and data, but you give Uptown Portal LLC permission to use it as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve BudgetRelio.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of any information you enter into BudgetRelio.
8. Reports and Exports
BudgetRelio may create reports, summaries, calculations, tables, or exports based on information you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all reports, calculations, exports, and other outputs before relying on them or sharing them with clients, leadership, accounting, finance, or any other party.
9. Intellectual Property
BudgetRelio, including its website, service, branding, design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and features, is owned by Uptown Portal LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from BudgetRelio unless we give written permission.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow Uptown Portal LLC to use them to improve BudgetRelio without restriction or compensation.
11. Third-Party Services
BudgetRelio may work with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, or practices.
12. Paid Services
BudgetRelio may offer paid plans or premium features in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be provided before you purchase any paid service.
Joining the beta list or receiving beta access does not authorize us to charge you. We will not charge you unless you choose a paid plan and provide any required payment authorization.
13. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of BudgetRelio at any time. We do not guarantee that the website or service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Termination
You may stop using BudgetRelio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk, or if we discontinue the beta or service.
15. Disclaimers
BudgetRelio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptown Portal LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that BudgetRelio will meet your needs, prevent budget errors, replace professional review, or produce error-free reports or calculations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptown Portal LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to BudgetRelio or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Uptown Portal LLC for BudgetRelio in the three months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of BudgetRelio after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
